This week's Romance Writer's Weekly prompt comes from the Betty Bolte:
How do you celebrate Saint Patrick's Day?
If you're following the blog hop, you've arrived from the fabulous Kim Handysides' site.
How do I celebrate?
I'm not Irish (Italian, Scottish and English roots) but when I see pictures of Ireland, they pull at me the same way as photos of Scotland - strong. I would love to visit, and I think I'd love it so much that I wouldn't want to come back.
Today, in lieu of my morning coffee, I'll drink my Irish breakfast tea, and then finish out the day with an Irish coffee. A close by pub is having live music, so I may stroll down and check it out. Bonus points if the band has bagpipes. :-)
So, there you have it. A fairly low-key kind of day. However you celebrate, I leave you with this quote:
May your troubles be less and your blessings be more. And nothing but happiness come through your door.
Thanks for stopping by!
